Jog For Hope 2011.

"Jog For Hope is a charity run organized by the Taylors College Sri Hartamas. It is a fund-raising event, and all the funds collected will be directed to charity bodies.

Jog For Hope 2011 aims to raise funds for the causes of Malaysia Nature Society and PT Foundation!

Jog For Hope 2011 aims to raise more than RM20,000 and this goal can only be accomplished with the support of everyone! (:  " -- JOG FOR HOPE 2011

Needless to say much, I attended this 6km long jog held at Taylor's College Sri Hartamas on 17th July 2011. The registration fee was kinda expensive, which is RM20 for college/university student's category, but oh well, it's for good cause :)

*I went early just to make sure I can grab a t-shirt, I like it :D*

Peakky, Wai Man, Sam, Xiang Zhi & Matthew attended this event with me, we didn't jog together cause everyone's stamina is different. Sam and Matthew went far infront of us, Wai Man and Xiang Zhi were in the middle, lastly Peakky and I were nicely taking our time jogging and walking behind :P Yaaaa... Emily and Edwin caught up with us after 2km, for your information, they came late, after we started our run. :X

Part of the big crowd.

Peakky and I with the speed of 6km/h finished this jog. Proud of myself, cause I finished it :D

Although I took much time, but who cares!? :P On my way...
Coming soon Publika, say NO to Replika.

So SWEET right!!! Ishh, they always make me jealous! :P

Sibling Love.. I was kinda impressed by this 2 little kids :)

We had lunch at Subway! Yayyy, my favorite fast food! It's wayyyyy wayyyyy wayyyy healthier than others, and I love sandwiches with lots of ingredient especially vegetables! I ordered breakfast strips with egg, with a cup of free milo, they only cost me RM6.30 :D :D Worth much right!

Last BIG MOUTH Bite. :P

I just like it this way! I know I look @!$@%#^ lol.

We hang out at The Coffee Bean when Xiang Zhi had a cup of Espresso to keep himself awake for the rest of the journey of the day. I practically slept there, I was tired, everyone was. Around 12pm, all of us went home, and I got the chance to get into Volkswagen's Beetle! I was so excited like a jakun! Ahhhh, I think that car is cute laaa! :) Thanks Matthew for the ride! and I left my phone in his car, where Xiang Zhi then had to turn back to the area around Sri Garden International School to meet up with Matthew and get my phone back. Hehehehehe! I'm so sorrryyyy!
Mr. Xiang Zhi
And yea, Xiang Zhi and I started our journey to Rumah Keluarga Kami at Kajang, to carry out our visitation with STACT club's members.

Finally, thumbs up for Jog For Hope 2011. (Y)

Serai @Empire SS16, Subang Jaya

Here we go! :) Paid Empire Shopping Gallery a visit this evening with family, Godma and aunt. We were there to have our dinner, at this place named Serai!

Serai is actually Cymbopogon (lemongrass).

It's located at the ground floor of esg.

The environment of non-smoking area.

 Serai Iced Tea.
It's a combination of red tea, mint leaves, serai and lemon sorbet. The appearance is kinda attractive, but its taste is actually quite ordinary. I would suggest to try Minted Calamansi Soda. It's pretty addictive :)

Serai Special Kantan Sauce Prawns.
It's spicy with a light sour taste! The prawns are fresh, with no fishy smell when you give the prawn a bite. Certainly crispy and I practically ate the prawn's shell together, which I usually don't.

Deep Fried Crispy Brinjal with Serai Spice.
This is recommended by me! hahahahaha! The texture is excellent with the nice spice aroma. I think people who don't like brinjal will like this. Wait, I think, am not sure :P

Mango Chicken
Taste a little different with the yellowish gravy mango chicken we get outside. I think it's because of the spices added, and the meat is tender and juicy!

Deep Fried Salted Egg Squid
I love crabs, prawns and squid which are cooked with salted egg. Yes, I like this dish! :)

Deep Fried Spicy Samrot Fish
We ordered the wrong sauce actually.. Maybe because some of the previous dishes were spicy, it made us felt that this fish is even more spicy. I asked for a glass of water after this, couldn't calm my taste buds with the Serai Iced Tea.

After the main courses with rice, we had desserts! Hoorayyyy! :) At the same place, they serve macaroons, Walnut Torte, Carrot Walnut cake, Tiramisu, Berry Pavlova, Apple Crumble with Cream served with vanilla ice-cream and a few more, I can't really remember.

Tiramisu
The texture is nice, and the taste of cheese, coffee bind perfectly, its awesome! Not too strong coffee taste, and not very sweet. I didn't feel bored eating this slide of tiramisu.

Berry Pavlova
The sourness of strawberries and sweetness of grapes, bind together with the pavlova, awesome and fantastic! It doesn't taste heavy :)

You can give this restaurant a try! I would like to go back again and try their Nasi Kerabu, Serai Platter, and moreee!

There goes my day, nothing productive. Oh wait, I managed to master the chinese flute better! Yayy! All by myself :) Kinda excited about it, hope to learn new songs if time allowed me to. Final exam is next Thursday, gonna stop procrastinate my studies! Wish me luck! ;)

I donated blood! :) For the every first time on 11th July 2011. The event that initiated me to donate is an orphanage is going to get money sponsored by 12 companies, 1 donor 1 ringgit. 12 companies X 1 donor = RM12 per donor.
I refused to donate earlier cause I was really afraid of pain, but my friends gave me the courage and stood by my side while I was going through this. :) I'm glad I have them!

The process wasn't as painful as I thought. You will know feel a little pain when the nurse pokes in the first needle which pump in a fluid to make your arm feels numb. The next thicker diameter needle looks  scary, but you won't feel anything! My blood flowed quite fast, it took me not much time to complete donating 350cc of blood :) *clap for myself*

So Jakun-fied. MY name on the Donor List :)

Received certificate as well :)
Farewell for Cher Minn on Friday, 15th July. We watched Harry Potter 7 part 2 at IOI Mall then headed to IOI Boulevard for dinner, at Hokaido cafe. The movie was good, although its a little toooo rushhhh... and I don't like Harry with Gennie :(  Their children are cuteeee!
We had Chatime after dinner :) We actually hit the shop after its opening hour, but they gave us a last call! HOORAYYY! I ordered Macha Latte with Red Bean! :D

And this is what I saw when I was on the way out from cinema after watching Monte Carlo with Alicia on Saturday. GOODNESSSS! EXIST TO MALL?? O.o

Proud of my piercing at the age of 18. :) Pierced on the 27th of June if I am not wrong!
It's time to start hunting for earrings, but I don't even know how to take out the earrings I am wearing now. @.@ I know I am noob 'nuff. :P
