The Coffee Adventure !

Have you ever heard of Mbuji? Mbuji is a stone that looks like a hill and it's thought to be one of the highest and largest stone in Tanzania, a country in central East Africa. This is a natural monument that is integral to the community there as they believe it wields supernatural power. People still worship and offer sacrifices to the stone. Surrounding Mbuji hill is an indigenous tribe called Matengo. Their man livelihood is growing coffee.
Okay people, I guess you guys are wondering why am I blogging about the Mbuji stone. Oh yeah, Mbuji is pronounced as boo-ji, NOT m-boo-ji.
I am currently working part timely at mBUJI Cafe in IOI Mall New Wing.

Saw? The cafe is so nice and safari-fied ! Come and dine in !

We have 20 types of coffee beans!

This is surely a place for coffee lovers, I am actually impressed with them who have knowledge and can differentiate coffee beans. cause they smelled the SAME to me, maybe some have lighter smell, some stronger, but overall still sama sama!!
We have various kind of hot coffees, hot chocolates, cold or hot teas, fruit juices, fruit ice blended smoothies. We do not serve ice blended coffee, cause it needs coffee syrup, not original 'nuff, but we have frappe iced coffee.. Fyi, frappe ice is crushed ice.

A photo of Cappuccino served in this cafe.
Don't expect to get this k! The Cappuccino you get will be with more froth, froth like a mountain. lol. This was Stefan's Cappu, he is the lucky one, I only saw them making this ONCE so far! and it's HIS! -.-
